Where applicable, the personal data that Almanac Hotels or any of the Almanac Group entities may obtain through professional social networks (such as LinkedIn, InfoJobs, etc.) is provided directly by the data subjects themselves, for the purpose of managing their resumes, responding to their job applications, and initiating the selection process. The data controller will process the information contained in the CV in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Moreover, additional data may be collected during interviews or selection processes, to which the same legitimate basis will apply.
The data provided by the user or obtained in order to participate in a personnel selection process will be retained until the process concludes and then deleted, unless the candidate is selected, in which case it will be added to their employee file.
If candidates wish the data controller to retain their CVs and personal information so that they can be considered for other job vacancies that match their professional profiles and might be of interest to them, they must expressly provide their consent.
During the selection process, we may carry out professional, sociological, psychological and/or aptitude tests as required to determine the candidate’s professional profile.
